Overview

Most of the early CPUs used single-phase synchronous rectifier Buck circuit power supply cause single-phase power supply circuit can generally provide a maximum current of 35A which has fully met the needs at that time. However, the core voltage of the CPU keeps declining and the operating frequency keeps increasing. The demand for the operating current is also increasing, and thus the risk of using only a single-phase power supply is high, moreover the electronic device can hardly withstand the high heat generated by the large current which will shorten the working life. Multi-phase power supply designs can effectively divert the operating current, reduce the load on each power supply line, reduce heat generation, and ensure the stability of the power supply. In response to the urgent need for high current and low loss in multi-phase power supply lines, Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. has developed WPZ series of assembled power inductors based on its rich experience in inductor development and advanced manufacturing technologies. Compared with ordinary power inductors, WPZ series adopts assembly structure design, which has a simple process and high reliability. Under the premise of ensuring performance, the size of the inductor is further reduced; magnetic shielded design is adopted to reduce the interference caused by the magnetic flux leakage; Flat enameled copper wire design reduces DC resistance.
