Polymer tantalum chip capacitor -Ultra low ESR

Overview

 TC3 series tantalum capacitors with conductive polymer as cathode, have ultra low ESR, and exhibit a benign failure mode which eliminates ignition failure mode that can occur in MnO2 tantalum types. Therefore application safety can be strongly improved.
