8063&10080 Large Size Chip Varistor for Voltage Surge Suppression

Overview

  • SDVL-SD series use material with excellent DC voltage aging characteristics, and behave high peak current & pulse energy withstanding characteristics and low clamping voltage. 

Background

SDVL8063/10080SD Series 

Based on the requirement of DC power supply on communication base station, the varistor will trend towards chip type, miniaturization and high reliability. 

The traditional low-voltage leaded varistor has low current rating capability and can’t meet the high requirements of lightning protection for DC power supply on base station, while Chip varistor can solve this problem successfully.

SDVL8063/10080KA Series 

Based on requirement of AC power supply, the varistor will trend towards chip type and miniaturization. Chip varistor for AC power supply is strongly demanded by high-end LED lighting and power adapter.
